Join us on our journey to see these amazing birds! Over 10 days we will:

  • Visit breeding grounds of migratory birds such as roseate spoonbill, wood storks and neotropical cormorants

  • Learn to identify Nicaragua’s birds on walks and boat trips

  • Visit a nature preserve with unique plants, trees and animals

  • Learn about and support local conservation efforts

  • Meet with the National Creative Economy Commission to learn about their initiatives for entrepreneurship

  • Visit worker-owned cooperatives

  • Talk with co-op partners about their struggles & achievements
